Cory Van Camp

Cory Van Camp earned his degree at the University of Wisconsin Oshkosh, where he studied economics. He has 18 years of professional experience as a financial advisor. His decision to practice under the AMChoice Financial group of companies has allowed him to align his philosophies of comprehensive planning with an extensive team of advisors and professionals across the country. Cory is able to offer his clients the full spectrum of financial services, from investing to retirement planning, and is committed to “The 4 Pillars of Planning.”

Throughout his nearly two-decade career, personalized service has been the cornerstone of Cory’s practice. “Each client has unique goals and challenges,” says Cory, “and if you overlook that or don’t understand it, you’re just offering cookie-cutter plans and products. That’s never been what I’m about. I work with clients to create financial plans that address their dreams and where they want to go in their lives. Taking the time to really listen and get up close and personal is what our business is all about. Seeing my clients’ long-term plans come together, and knowing that I was able to play a small part in them, has been one of my greatest professional rewards. I take great pride in the trust that my clients bestow upon me to protect and assist in the detailed but important duties of preparing and transitioning an estate upon their passing.”

Cory is proud to be a fourth-generation resident of the Fox Valley. At an early age, his parents and grandparents taught him the value of honest hard work, and how to be a resource to his community. When Cory is not working with his clients, many of whom have become friends, you can find him hunting or fishing with his dad, uncles and many life long friends. His greatest joy is spending time with his wife and two daughters, either at their many sporting events, or traveling to enjoy hiking and camping opportunities.
